Every AROVEH piece is handwoven by master artisans in Swat Valley, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. We honor centuries-old weaving traditions using wooden pit looms, pure highland sheep wool, fine Merino wool blends, and delicate Kashmiri-inspired needlework with silk and metallic tilla threads.

We offer a 7-day nationwide exchange policy. If you wish to exchange your shawl for another colorway or design, contact our concierge. Shawls must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in pristine condition with all tags and the complimentary unbleached muslin storage bag intact.

We strictly advise professional dry cleaning only. Never machine wash or tumble dry delicate wool weaves. For storage, fold gently and place inside the breathable unbleached muslin bag provided with your order, accompanied by natural cedar or lavender sachets to protect against moths.

We provide nationwide tracked courier delivery across all cities in Pakistan within 2–4 business days. Complimentary free shipping is automatically applied on all orders of Rs. 10,000 or above; orders below this threshold carry a standard flat rate of Rs. 350. Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Bank Transfer (IBFT) are supported.
