If you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition, return the unwashed, unworn shawl within 7 calendar days with its complimentary muslin storage bag for a replacement, alternative colorway, or store credit.
2. Quality Inspection & Processing
Once inspected by our quality artisans in Lahore or Swat, exchanges are dispatched within 48 business hours.
